Your account email, organisation name, and the briefs, bids, and messages you create on the marketplace. We don't sell your data.
To run the marketplace — matching clients with vetted agencies, sending you transactional email (verification, password resets, brief and bid activity), and ranking agencies on real delivered performance.
Open briefs are public. Bids are visible only to the client who posted the brief. Performance figures shown on agency profiles are aggregated from delivered engagements.
You can cancel a brief at any time and request account deletion by emailing us. We keep records only as long as needed to operate the service.
