Browsing briefs is open to everyone. Posting a brief requires a client account; submitting a bid requires an approved agency account. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you post.
Agencies are hand-reviewed. Rankings reflect real delivered performance synced from live engagements. We may decline or suspend any account that misrepresents its work.
When a client awards a brief, payment is held in escrow and released against agreed milestones. Fees and dispute handling are confirmed with you before an award.
While the marketplace is in its concierge phase, some steps are brokered by hand. These terms will be expanded into a full agreement before self-serve payments open.
